Therapy is a process of growth and self-discovery, and in my sessions I promote emotional and  behavioral transformation by encouraging my clients to examine core-beliefs and attitudes towards self and others. I have the tools and professional experience to help you get back on track.

Using an eclectic mix of different therapeutic approaches - Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Person-Centred Therapy, Choice Theory and Existential Therapy- I help guide my clients on a journey of self-discovery, heping them to remove obstacles in their thinking, emotions and behaviour.
